Effective 3/9/09, the Floridian’s Board will meet monthly on the 1st Tuesday @9:30AM.John & Jeanne Kapps were approved as chairpersons’ of Dine Around.Juanita Bevins, President of the Newcomers, has asked to have a joint Christmas party. The Board approved the request. The Board needs to determine what it want to do with any excess monies in its account. Some initial thoughts were to help purchase vending machines for the PGICA to & have its handicap railings extended, where applicable.

At the March meeting, the Board’s written Policies/Procedures will be reviewed & amended, where applicable.

Because Dine Around conflicts with the Seafarer’s general meeting, moving it to a Monday or Tuesday evening in the 2nd or 3rd week were mentioned. Further discussion is needed.
