The board considered the issue of compensation for drivers who take passengers to our outings. It was decided that the organizer of the event should determine the number of miles to and from the destination, multiply this by $.30 per mile to determine the cost per vehicle. It should be suggested that the passengers divide this cost among themselves to reimburse the drivers.
