Announcements

GOODBYE!

Old acquaintances are not forgotten as the snowbirds head north.  We will miss them but the fun never ends here in paradise.  Floridians are not going to let the calendar keep them from getting out and about.

Our garden will only grow and flourish if we feed and nurture it regularly.  Help the Floridians do the same by sending your pictures, announcements, and stories to Nancy LeVault at levault34@aol.com.  We want to share plans of our upcoming events and highlights of past activities.

Check out Nick dressed in his Easter finery!  After Nick left Blarney Castle, he decided that Springtime in Paris was for him.  See Nick visiting the Eiffel Tower dressed up in his Easter finery. Poor Nick has been passed from person to person from year to year at the re-gifting party held by Janet Ketts.  Maybe someone will fall in love with Nick as you see him dressed in his designer duds and pictures of his travels throughout the year. Keep watch for more pictures of Nick!

CALLING ALL READERS!

If you’ve been hankering to join a book club, contact Kathy Schindler (575-6309).  Sounds like there might be enough interest to start another group.

Following the presentation there will be an ice cream social.  Please start saving aluminum beverage cans to bring to this meeting. These cans are an important source of revenue for the Center.  If you will not be attending the meeting, you can drop your cans off at the center or give them to another member to bring to the meeting.  Every can counts when it is a group effort!  Thank you for participating in this worthy cause.
